Is this game in German as stated?

I bought this as a gift. We have played it many times. The cards are not in German - just colour and numbers. Maybe the instructions page are also in German. I cannot give you any further information.

Is the uno Harry Potter the card one there is having a number 9 3/4 and under the number there is a palette is that a function card?

No, it has the sorting hat that makes a player of your choice draw cards.

Does this deck have the invisabilty card like the old one

No. It has a 9 and 3/4 card with a photo of the sorting hat on it. Means you have to choose who keeps drawing cards until they choose a Griffyndor card.

What the dimensions of the cards themselves?

The cards measure just shy of 2.25 x 3.5. Hope this helps

Weird set

Why didn’t they just make it as Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin? And put the characters in their respective houses. Just a thought.
