Spirit Level, Multipurpose Laser Level and Measure Tape 8ft/2.5M (1 Pack)

I didn't expect this to be as good as it is. I bought it to level four sound proof panels in my office and it's helped considerably. It's quite plasticy which I'd expect for the small price, but the features are invaluable. I even overlooked it having a tape measure when I bought it! It's got a vertical, horizontal and 45 degree spirit measure, ruler and laser. The laser beam gives a figurative crosshair so you see red lines on both the horizontal and vertical. i should of bought one of these a long time ago, but I was just settling for the huge spirit level I bought when my decking was built! Very accurate. Recommended!

Overall it's a nice product. Spirit level for vertical, horizontal and 45 degrees, three settings for the laser level, the built-in tape measure seems like a useful addition and whilst it took a moment to figure it out, the control button is reversed from the measures I've got so you press it to release the measure and release it to lock. Not sure how this will work in practice but seems like a nice touch if you're like me and forever remeasuring things. On the negative side, the adjustment to change the laser level settings is a little fiddly - you switch the plastic fascia up and down and whilst the first and third positions are easy enough at either end, it's easy to miss the middle position. This may well improve with use as things wear in a bit. And oddly, the underside appears to includes a V groove so you can position it on the corner of a shelf or cupboard, but this doesn't run the full length of the unit and so won't be of much use.

Bought this because I am a DIY enthusiast and sometimes do some beginner wood working projects such as making garden planters from decking and pet beds out of scrap wood. I love this multi purpose tool because it's light and fits in my tool box and tool belt. This tool is handy for hanging pictures, putting up shelves, fixing battens to the wall, wallpapering and plumb lines. etc You can trace the laser lines with a pencil if there's two of you. What's really neat is it comes pre-installed with batteries, you just need to pull the tab of paper out and also comes with spare batteries in the box. Setting the laser is easy, you simply push it up with your fingers for a vertical line, position it in the middle for both horizontal and vertical (cross) and push it down for horizontal only. Just think of a situation when you are really busy on a project and misplace a seperate spirit level, ruler or tape measure..it can be so frustrating, that's what makes this tool unique and useful because has multi uses.

I have found this very useful in terms of measuring (tape measures seem to go missing a lot, but this is big enough not to get lost!) and levelling. The laser itself seems fine BUT one of the reasons I bought this was because of the spirit level on the top, so that I could put this tool on a surface and check it was level before I use the laser on a wall. Unfortunately, there is no such level on the top (ie it was not as pictured) so is slightly more of a faff as I have to turn the thing around to level the surface before I use the actual laser. It's probably a minor problem but as it was the deciding factor in me purchasing it, I am disappointed. I also find the tape measure a bit fiddly to pull out. Maybe I need longer fingernails... In all, the product itself is absolutely fine, just not quite what I thought I had ordered.

Bought this item after assessing the versatility of tool and wasn't disappointed. It offers a variety of adjustments to get the laser output that best suits your needs from horizontal, vertical to cross hairs beams. Not only was its output equal if not superior to other levels I have had in the past but came with batteries already installed and a spare set in the packaging. Recommended

Useless. On receipt placed on level flat surface to check laser accuracy. Over 2 metre gap the projected line was 20mm above level, 4 metres away the line was 40mm higher. Returned for refund immediately (which Amazon did very quickly). It was very cheap but at least expected some degree of accuracy.

Easy to use, does the job, well made, got on everything you need, value for money highly recommend prompt delivery

Since having this it has been so useful it is ridiculous. I have been using it every where. Initially I bought it level picture frames and other miscellaneous items however it is so good. The is a sprint level and they even gave additional batteries. It works really well and allows it to add an additional factor because it is more than a simple ruler. It works out by a laser which way to adjust things. You won’t believe how it has helped me out. The additional batteries are brilliant because I will never unless necessary buy them and hopefully these batteries will last for long time. The spirit level indicates a few different angles and helps you really get the perfect level especially if you have an OCD wife. We first used it to fit our tv on the wall which now looks brilliant It is isn’t small and won’t fit in your pocket without a squeeze but to be honest you can’t expect that to happen with all the additional spirit level indicators. Overall it is great and if you really need something to be fitted like a tv on the wall then this is the best tool.

Quality of the product as per the price point. Budget friendly measurement device.
