Finely ground. My new go to sugar! Better than I expected and cheaper than Florida Crystal sugar which was my previous go to. Great for the cost if you wnat wuality ingredients.

I really love all of the Judee's products I've purchased.Judee's is the ONLY place I've found caster sugar and a decent weight of whole fat dried milk!!!I can't express in words my appreciation that Judee's still provides the ingredients for the old fashioned, stick to your ribs, from the country, home cooks.I'm truly grateful there's still a way for those of us who (make when possible) and use real butter ..... LIBERALLY!On.Everything!!!(almost)We use real, 100% whole fat cream for everything from our coffee, to making scrambled eggs.. and from real whipped cream to creamy mashed potatoes!Judee's allows us to continue to bake and create delicious recipes with her dried whole fat cream.(It makes the BEST Hot Cocoa mix you've ever had!!)

Better than regular refined sugar!!

This is the first time I have used caster sugar. It was packaged well and although I have not used it yet, it appears to be exactly as advertised, somewhere between confectioner's sugar and granulated sugar.

This has elevated all my baked goods. The superfine sugar makes everything turn out so much better. I've replaced my regular sugar with it.

Edited. After giving the 1 star review below, i called Judee to let her know about the hole in the bag, which was a packaging issue, because i thought she should know. She cheerfully refunded my purchase, i reordered, and the new bag arrived today with no holes. Can't wait to use it.*I can't honestly review the product itself, because it arrived yesterday with a small hole in a fold on the bottom of the bag, and i haven't used it. It would probably be fine, but in these days of tamper proof packaging, one never knows. The product is non returnable, or i would return it and see if it would be possible to get a better bag.

Arrived in good shape - I was worried since it was in a plastic bag that the bag may have broken open, but it's a strong bag and was well packed. The sugar is very high quality and superfine consistency.

This is our preferred brand for all our baked goods.
