I am so pleased! I just received this today and was very impressed with the careful packaging - foam on the corners and over the glass that were shrink wrapped securely and then placed in bubble wrap and then inside a box! Impressive! And I was also VERY pleased that it actually fit 8.5x11" papers (as some other brands have advertised they fit that size but it actually doesn't and I either had to trim the document - which I wasn't wanting to do - or return it.) So this is a great value for the price and I am so pleased! Thank you ONE WALL! my only question will be if we need to hang this vertically (vs. horizontally) - if the frame is set up to do that. I haven't been able to sort that out yet because we may only need to use the photo stand option.

We needed some certificate frames for a real estate office. These look good in person. They are built to last. Way better then expected for the price.

I ordered one to frame an 11x14 certificate. The frame was packed extremely well and arrived in perfect shape. It is very nice looking for the price. The glass and mat both fit well (even though I did not need the mat). I liked it enough to order a second one for an 8x10 diploma. I am also happy with that frame.It has a built in hook on the back and a built in stand. The frame also comes with it's own wall hook and a bubble level, something I have not seen before when ordering a frame.

These frames came packed like they're gold, wrapped in plastic, foam on the corners and in their own boxes. Even came with a little level! That said both frames had only 3 of the 4 sides grooved for the levers that hold the back on, but they seem to be holding it tight enough. I would buy again.

Ordered this set of 4 black frames with white matting to display certificates and awards, and impressed by the construction and consistency in the build of these frames. Great style for an affordable price.

I don't think I've ever sat down to write a review, but these frames deserve the best rating possible. The packaging was amazing. There is NO way these could ever be damaged in shipment. I ordered four, and not only were they individually packaged, but then boxes together.Solid backing on the frame and a quality mat. A mini level was even included- nice touch.I'm very satisfied with the product!

I initially bought this frame as a gag gift for my brother-in-law for Christmas. I was going to take the frame’s mat and decorate it with Snoopy stickers. However, when the frame arrived I was actually impressed with the quality of the frame and how good it looked. So instead I gifted him the frame as is and give him another gag gift instead. Great quality for the price.

First, the frame was packaged incredibly well. The thick foam corners and the heavy, custom box protected the frame and made it seem quite substantial before it was even out of the box. The frame itself looks very high-end. It has a bit of heft to it, and I love that it can be hung or set on a shelf with the back prop. The mat looks custom cut.

Dropped it on the floor by accident while fitting the diploma. Barely any scratch.

It looks okay from a distance but it feels very flimsy and it looked like the corners were already chipping
