I have used all three sizes and they are great. The tarts have released easily and the pans have cleaned up well.I really appreciate the affordable price. I make different sized tarts for different occasions and this has given me three options for what I expected to pay for one pan.

When your able to take the sides off, makes it easy to get under without breaking it up when dishing it out.Also, cooks great.

I received these tart pans very quickly and with no issue. After washing them, I used all three sizes to bake classic French Pear Frangipane Tarts. The depth of each pan is the traditional depth of a European tart pan, so I was extremely pleased to finally be able to bake such a classic recipe in a traditional sized tart pan.The entire process went smoothly and I was experienced no issues with any of three pans. I always grease my baking pans with butter, but even still I had no problems removing the tarts from their pans nor did I have any issues washing them. I let them soak for about 20min, then washed them by hand, and let them air dry over night.All in all I am very pleased with these tart pans!

I baked brioche so far and turned out great! Next time I will to bake tart or quiche. Will see how it will turn out.
