BEMERs can only be purchased through an independent bemer distributor; BEMER will not honor the warranty despite what these people are telling you. There are also many other disadvantages to ordering here, I'm happy to share more if anyone wants to know, such as BEMER is not an off the shelf product, it requires a certified independent bemer consultant to work with you through the training and usage, especially the first 10 weeks. BEMER has a usage line staffed by medical professionals as well, so you will not have access to this line. So much you're giving up. Get back with the person who told you about BEMER, and work with them. They're here for a reason.

Bemer Company has now send out email to all IBD's and customer they do not honor warranty with sales on Amazon.
