Easily applied.
A little heat and the old one came off easy. New one went on easier.Best to take care of sooner than later as the left lens is plastic and easily scratched.

Easy to install. $5 beats having to buy new phone. Camera works fine, now. Tools needed: blow dryer and tweezers.
