Lindt Lindor Chocolate Truffles 3 Flavors Assorted Truffle Box 60 Truffles, (Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate), 60 Piece Assortment

The candy had been removed from it's original Lindor packaging and dumped into a cardboard box. Because of this there was no way to know what the expiration date was or how old this candy really is! I was expecting 20 pieces of each flavor but that didn't happen and it was short 5 pieces. Will NOT order again!

I"ve been an Amazon customer for almost 20 yrs, and have spent probably $1000' s of dollars with them. The ONE time I ask for a refund for defective, subpar product, I am pretty much told, 'not our problem, it's the seller". When going to the page for resolution (customer service for returns) the page magically isn't available , but instead has photos of adorable "Amazon Dogs." My overall packaging was undamaged, as was the other items in the box, This bag of candy was clearly damaged prior to being packaged: crushed, melted, broken candy within the bag and clearly out of their wrappings. Beyond disgusted and I've literally NO recourse but to suck it up because I cannot 'speak' with or connect with a responsible representative.

First, I want to say that I love Lindt Lindor chocolate Truffles and just finished the ones I had at home. I've never had a problem with any I've purchased in the past from the grocery or pharmacy or other local store. Because of the COVID-19 mess, I've been in the house for the past three weeks sewing masks and giving them away as fast as I can. Going out to shop for chocolate was not on my list. So, I turned to Amazon and found this amazing sack of 60 truffles at a very nice price. I was so excited when they arrived - until I opened one. Stale chocolate with that "creepy" white dusty looking coating spotted all around. And, yes, they tasted a little stale and the outer shell was hard and dry. I don't blame Lindt Lindor chocolates, because I'm sure they weren't made that way. I put the blame squarely on the seller for passing on merchandise that was past its prime. And...the item can't be returned. I probably won't order chocolate candy on line again. All I can say is "buyer, beware".

Candy arrived on time but can see when opened stale and old. Plus there are no returns. I don't recall seeing that info upfront. Waste of money and in the trash lots of stale candy will go. Im glad I have time to buy somewhere that's new /fresh candy by Valentine's day for the kids. BUYER BEWARE.

Received this today. Took it out of the mailbox, opened it and it was literally totally liquid and dripping out of the plastic bag it was packed in. It is impossible to even open one piece so I threw it in the garbage can.

Love Lindt chocolates...this however was absolutely disgusting. Chocolates are OLD as evidenced by the "whitish" look to them...tried returning but you CANNOT. To this I say B.S. !! You sell a substandard, outdated product, you need to take it back...AMAZONS fault...100%...even if item is sold by other seller, AMAZON allows it and thereby allows their SELLER TO RIP THE CONSUMER OFF...was a 60 pack of white, milk and dark...of which only 5 PIECES were dark...GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF $$$...ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU THE CONSUMER GETS SCREWED...

Half of the truffles were very hard, center would not melt in your mouth as they usually do. Several of the dark chocolate bar bloomed, these were the hardest. Not happy.

I bought these as a birthday gift for a good friend. I was completely disappointed when I received them and opened a box of hot melted mess. I was alerted when they were dropped off on my doorstep and immediately brought the box inside but it was already too late. There was no attempt to even keep them cool. I will not be ordering anything like this again.
