True Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads
These were exactly like the ones that came with the set of Philips Sonicare toothbrushes we bought from Costco. We received our order relatively quickly and will order again. They are truly the Philips toothbrush heads and work like they are supposed to, including the sensor that tells you when the head needs to be replaced. The bristles are not too soft yet not too firm either. They do not irritate our gums and clean our teeth as expected.

European Version of Product Just What I wanted
This is a soft, rather than medium brush, version of the Gum Care brush head. Very difficult to find locally. (The only issue I had was that this was delivered to a shared mailbox area and picked up by a neighbor by mistake.)

Great brush head but it slips off during use
The brush heads are great, however, twice now during brushing the head has vibrated up, and almost off, of the metal prong that connects the head to the handle. My Sonicare brush handle is only about 1.5 years old, and is compatible with this series of brush heads. My guess is that it may be a faulty batch. Otherwise, the brush head work fine.

Not so soft
I previously had soft brushes, but even though this one I just bought also said soft, it wasn't as soft as the one I previously had. I suspect the new one I just bought was older stock and didn't sell as quickly. Brushes do age and harden with time. I wish I could find soft brushes like my previous ones.

Misleading - these are “medium” firmness
The seller’s Amazon listing indicates these are soft brush heads (see firmness description under product specifications), however the packaging of the item delivered clearly states these are “medium” brush heads… I’m disappointed in the accuracy of the product description.

Gum readings improved significantly
This brush head fits in my mouth nicely, bristles are gentle on gums but tough on plaque. How do I know this? I just got back from the dentist after switching to this right after my last appointment and the gum readings throughout my mouth improved significantly!

Bristle bust
The bristles fall out while brushing and wedge between my teeth. I bought some for stocking stuffers too. Same consequence.
