It's a mug. With lettering. And a picture. Shouldn't be hard, right? Except the lettering is crooked (although thankfully not misspelled as in the pictures - I didn't catch that when ordering), there are multiple blemishes in the finish (random bumps and nicks/scratches, and the thing arrived absolutely filthy, as if it had been sitting out for months on a shelf and no one bothered to so much as brush it off before they filled it with promotional material and threw it in a box. I don't expect it to be polished, but it shouldn't need to be washed before it's even handed to someone as a gift. Just wish I'd had time to return it and reorder something else.
