After 8 days of taking this my joint pain is so much better. I have arthritis in my neck, bunions, hammer toes, knee tendonitis and a bad shoulder from dislocating it many times. Overall my pain improved so much that my quality of life is much better. I think it helps my mood and cognition a little as well. This brand, Natural Factors, is the best because they are family owned and operated in Canada. Canada has higher regulations for supplements than the US. Pretty much getting pharmaceutical grade stuff from them. I trust that their products are safe and that what they say is in them is all that’s in them. No fishy aftertaste. Big soft gels but that’s typical for fish oil. Keep them in the freezer if you won’t be taking them everyday to maintain freshness.

One of her daughters has ADD. She has gotten incredible results using this fish oil product. (with her concentration.) She said it has worked better than any drug she’s ever had to be on. Plus it helps with some autoimmune issues that she also has. My husband also has some aches and pains. When he’s regularly taking this product he does not Have those.

There were a million to choose from but a bodybuilding article pointed this one out specifically. Said it’s not the cheapest, but it’s very cheap for the results it will give you. I also suffer from depression, but I’ve been taking these for 2 weeks and already feel like I have a more positive vibe.If you workout a lot, but don’t eat fish, you will definitely want to start taking these. It helps fuel your heart and lube your bones.

I was taking a prescription product, Lovaza. But, it got to be too expensive. So, I wanted to find a very high potency Omega 3 at a reasonable price. I think this is one of the highest potencies I've found and at a very reasonable price.I'll find out in a couple days how this compares to Lovaza as I have some blood work being done. I'll be able to compare my results after the Lovaza to now that I've been taking this product. I'm very curious to see if my cholesterol and triglycerides are just as good on this as compared to the Lovaza.

I have been using this product for years. It is very consistent and quality controlled. I love it. Will never change to any other brand.

Although these gels are large, they are easy to swallow and have no after taste. It is a great supplement to your proscribed statin. Along with diet and exercise my LDL cholesterol is down to 45 with a total cholesterol of 110.

I enjoyed the product. Nice formula. A good quantity per bottle. Didn't get fishy burps part way through my work morning as some omega supplements can.
