Shoulder Covers - Closet Storage set of 12

I had never purchased shoulder covers before in my life but last month, after tossing another dark blouse in the dryer on the 'air' setting to get the dust off, I had to ask myself 'Why don't I just get some of those shoulder covers they make?' These ones I purchased here, however (and I purchased 12 of them), are a bit bulkier than I had envisioned. Space-wise it works better to put 3 or 4 blouses or dresses under each cover. But what I don't like about them is that the plastic covers are not totally transparent as pictured on Amazon. Instead, they have a dotted texture to them which makes them more milky translucent than clearly transparent--that means I can't tell at a glance which items of clothing I'm looking at, especially since I have 3 or 4 of them smashed together under each cover. And I feel like I'm looking at a closet full of white seams (actually, I kind of am). Since I've already gotten them, I'll use them--they do protect my clothes from shoulder dust--but in the future I'll look for short dry cleaners bags, that cover just one garment at a time, are less bulky, and have plastic that you can easily see through.But to be fair, these shoulder covers are well made, durable, made to last a long time, and they are good for my husband's suit jackets.

The "shoulder covers" are very sturdy and very well made. They hold the arch of the cover without drooping. They are definitely a great product. My only concern, which is not a negative on the product, is that they show all of the dust. I have since moved to "white" should covers. They are not as sturdy, however, for me they permit me to not have dust glaring at me when I walk into my closet. Probably more of an OCD thing, however, the white thinner shoulder covers work better for me.

I am very pleased with the covers, wanted them to go over my slacks and found 3 hangers can fit with 1 shoulder cover. ( I use the thin felt hangers )the only thing I was little disappointed in was that the picture shows plastic clear covers, and mine are more an off white... other than that, I do like them.. was glad I ordered them for "Dust " protection since have lot of slacks and some hang there w/o being worn for some time. also noticed that I gained closet rod space since I put 3 in a cover, they are more contained...

I purchased these shoulder covers mainly to keep dust off of my shirts and suits. I had tried making my own but that just didn't work out and looked silly. I looked at several different styles but the review on this one (for men's items) really sold me. The covers are perfect for a men's shirt or suit. They are wide and roomy - I am a 41/42 jacket and it fits perfectly even with a wooden hanger. As for shirts, you can fit 3 shirts in one comfortably if you wanted.Shipping was like the speed of light, they came right away...really, I chose regular shipping and it took no time to get them.These covers really worked for what I needed. Keep the dust off my shirts and suits! ...oh and they look good too - nice and orderly!

I needed something to cover my suits, pants/sweaters/blouses during off season and these are perfect. They can hold several (at least 3 suits and 4 or 5 hangers of pants/sweaters/etc). You have to be careful to not snag the plastic but the covers are large enough to cover the garment and keep off dust. I used wire hangers, not the thicker plastic hangers; and I folded sweaters over the hanger rather than hanging them.

These covers do the job of protecting the shoulders of my suits from dust. If they were about 2 inches wider (across the front) I would give them 5 stars but as they are, my size 46R jackets barely fit...the sleeves get a bit crunched under the covers.I use one per jacket as I prefer to use the "fatter" hangers for my jackets and its a tight fit getting two fat hangers in these covers.Yes, they smell like plastic because that's what they are made from.

These sleeves are definitely not clear— they are milky white. Very cheap. Do not recommend.

These are not terribly heavyweight, so the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is it's hard toknow whether these will be durable over the long run. But for now they are solving a big problem,especially on out-of-season blazers and dresses. And I really like how deeply they cover the items -the added coverage is the primary reason I selected this brand vs others.
