A connoisseur of wine and spirits, Ben Ish was taken from us at a young age. As a tribute to him, we carry on his legacy and aim to produce excellent wines that he would truly be proud of. All of our wines are strictly Kosher under the Supervision of the OK and every bottle we produce comes with a personalized label. At Ben Ish Winery, we begin the wine making process by selecting the best cabernet Sauvignon grapes. We crush when the brix is optimal and inoculate with a yeast that has been carefully paired with the grape. During the primary fermentation, we punch down the cap as many times as possible in order to extract the tannins, color and flavor. After carefully pressing, we inoculate the must and prepare for the malolactic fermentation. Along the way we add high quality toasted oak to impart a rich oak flavor. 2/3 Bottles were sour. Only one bottle was still good when delivered. The bottle that was good was great and my dad loved it personalized but the sour wine was really bad

Cute item as personalized labels for kosher wine are not generally available. Wine itself was OK. Just about to go bad. (I had a sense that the was almost a bubbling in this non-effervescent wine. I know individuals who returned the product on this basis) The wine (without this almost spoilage) was probably worth the "sale" but not the list price. Look forward to other offerings/sales from this producer who I hear was very responsive to people's complaints.

I got this for my wife as a gift. The company called me to confirm the details and spelling of the personalization, which was a nice touch. I can't comment on the wine itself, as my wife wants to keep it sealed as a collectible. The label was very nice, and the service and shipping was superb. It makes for a very nice and unique gift.Highly recommended.

Perfect Party enhancement!!!I was introduced by a friend to this unique personalized great tasting Cabernet wine and choose to try it at a family party, the personalized beautiful elegant bottle got everyone's attention, people loved the taste, it was appreciated not only by the professional wine tasters, everyone had a good taste and aftertaste. At my next party this will be a given!!!!

DK how they got a bunch of 5 stars, this wine is horrible
this wine is horrible... like legit!!!! do yourself a favor a don't buy this. maybe is fine if you plan on using it as a gift but they messed up my label... waste of money wouldn't pay $5 for this wine. it is maybe okay as a cooking wine (i use it now to add to roasts) as you will regret subjecting yourself to it in any form where you can taste it.

Unique Gift Idea
The wine came safely ensconced in some cool packaging. The custom personalized label option is a great twist and was a real hit at the party I brought the wine to. I prefer wines that have some sweetness so I really enjoyed that the Cabernet had a touch of sweetness to it.
