I've had these for a while now but have started getting white Bits in my glass when they have defrosted 🤢

I’ve cube trays
I use these for freezing stock to make my own frozen stock cubes, much better for you than all that salt and calories. I also freeze my herbs in them. Brilliant quality and just the right size

Work well but would have preferred round ones.

One of the best purchases I've ever made.
One of the best purchases I've ever made. An ideal gift for a whiskey drinker or someone who wants their ice to last til the end of their drink.

Good variable size
Stack well, variable size is a bonus but kinda standard, bit full, little full, medium full and so on oddly depends on how much you put in…,

Perfect cubes
This makes huge, huge ice cubes that are perfect. I didn't even notice that the bottom is cut like an emerald until I got the ice cube out; it gives it a nice "finished" look instead of just square all around if you want to use it in a punch bowl. Since it's such a big chunk of ice it lasts so much longer also.I don't find them difficult to remove like some reviewers. But, then again I set mine out for just a few minutes(like I would with the old plastic ones). Maybe you could push it through immediately although I haven't tried that. So after letting it set for a few minutes a slight push on the bottom of each individual cube and it pops out with ease. Bam! Easy peasy awesome looking, massive ice cube.Idk maybe my family is easily amused but this is our fourth attempt at ordering ice cube trays and we finally found a set that works and is not broken before use. We are still amazed after three weeks! We do sometimes change the fill line because some days we want some that fit in smaller glasses and other days we like the super size.I see some people like to freeze baby food or bouillon or whatever food; which imo I think the size of each trey would give a good portion, (depending on your needs). After three weeks I do not see any residue or anything floating in my drinks that some others have. I did soak my treys in warm water and vinegar before use. I do not have city water either as I live in the country and we have our water in a holding tank. So I have yet to experience this issue but almost expect it after reading other reviews concerning silicone treys. I will update my review accordingly if the product seems to cause an issue with residue. But so far I couldn't recommend this product enough as I am thrilled with the outcome.

Very large cubes, great for large travel mugs
We use Ozark Trail travel cups all the time. I really like my water ice cold. I add one or two cubes and they last all day. I wouldn’t recommend using with a glass of soda or juice as it will water your drink down. These would be great for a punch bowl or large water jug, if you have multiple trays to fill. We (there’s 2 of us) go through a tray daily. The lids don’t just snap on. You have to push the edges of the ice tray up into the sides of the lids. I like the lids because you can stack several trays and you don’t have to worry about stuff falling into the ice tray. You need to use both hands to carry a tray full of water to the freezer. The lid provides some stability but you can’t carry these holding only one end. They do take time to freeze, so we keep two so as one is freezing the other has cubes ready. But these are wonderful since they are made entirely of silicone so you don’t have a plastic tray with just some silicone (those eventually come apart at the seams). I find removing the ice easy with my arthritis vs trying to twist a plastic ice tray. Highly recommend. We are planning to buy more.

Just got it, these seem cool ( no pun intended ) 4/5
Got it, washed it off, filled them about 85% full of water to freeze into ice.One thing is that these cubes are sooooo big that it took a very long time to freeze. But once they freeze into cubes they are really great.Consider the two extremes of ice crushed into very small pieces, and one big giantice cube. The crushed ice might be a little quicker to cool down your drink, but italso dilutes it with water. The large cube cools down your drink almost as quickly, but keeps it cooler longer and does not dilute your drink so much. Also theone large cube in a glass does not block your drink from your lips or mouth. It is really wonderful. I like it so much I am very glad I gave these a try.Performance-wise these large cubes are great, but you need a larger glass. Now, the negatives. They are hard to fill and the top does not seal veryeasily. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance. The other thing is thatthe cubes are a big harder to get out of the tray. What I don't know yet is how durable these silicon trays will be and howlong they will last.So far, I am going to enjoy these very large ice cubes and let others knowhow superior they are. I wish I had gotten them in time to send one or twoto my Dad for Father's Day.

Big ice
This makes huge ice, but that isn't the reason I bought them. I just paid almost 7 dollars for a dozen large eggs. I don't use a lot of eggs and in the past have thrown out almost a full dozen after a couple of months. I didn't want to do that with the prices now.I kept seeing that you can freeze eggs (out of the shell) in ice cube trays, then when frozen, put them in a zip lock bag. When you need one, just take it out to defrost. You can freeze these for 6 months. My ice cube trays looked too small. I wanted something big enough to be sure the egg wouldn't spill over. These did the trick. There was plenty of room and even if I bought larger eggs, they will fit.I was happy I found these. You can do a search on freezing eggs if you need more information on this.

Decent product, would not buy again!
I bought two sets of these (4 trays) that have seen almost daily use the last three and a half weeks. The cubes are definitely attractive, and we've gotten multiple positive comments on them from guests. As others have said, the bottom edges of the trays are slightly beveled--meaning that the ice cubes aren't quite "cubes". The lids that come with them are also great for stacking, saving some freezer space. Mine do best in stacks of two. Higher than that and the bottom tray squishes a bit and leaks out water (the lids are NOT airtight). On the other hand, the ice is very difficult to remove from the trays. I let the trays sit on the counter for 10-20 minutes before attempting to remove the ice, and even then I still have to use both thumbs to pop out each individual mold. (Doing this 32 times a day is a real hand workout!)Just today, I also had two of the molds (one red and one blue) rip the silicone at one corner seam. One ripped close to the bottom, rendering the mold unusable. The other split closer to the top, so I can at least get a short cube out of it.Pros:-Attractive cubes and trays-Lids allow easy stacking-Good way to work out thumbsCons:-Ice is annoyingly difficult to remove-Questionable durabilityEven if the trays hadn't just split, I'd still be unsure about buying more. Plastic trays may look horrible and stack worse, but the thought of twisting it twice to release every cube is music to my ears after these! Add in the fact that the silicone isn't as durable, and although this was a fun product I'm not replacing yet, I don't intend to buy more, either.
