Great chooclate and it was very easy to use! Just pop the bag it into the microwave! The only thing was that I threw away what we didn't use. I would love to see this in a resealable bag.

This is the BEST melting chocolate I've ever tried. You simple microwave it in the bag and pour it into the hot fountain or fondue. If you want to dip some fruit, it does harden. It is so tasty, too. I've tried this one, the Belgian chocolate, and the white...all delcious!
