Cute design! Terrible product. Never worked out of the box. Could not get it to charge.I read the reviews and went against them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT!!! I cannot stress to you enough to look else where. Spend your money on something that actually works!We ended up buying a THUNDER TANK 24 VOLT! Made up for my son's 4th birthday disappointment!!

Missing parts, disappointed grandson.
Backhoe was brought for my grandsons birthday purchased 10/02, received end of October. Backhoe was missing wires, connections. After many calls and emails received a circuit board and connector. Still unable to charge battery. Continue to wait for replacement. Very disappointed. Backhoe sits in garage. Grandson sits in it and wishes he could play with. Very sad. Now Christmas is coming. Would not purchase another item from this company. Just want to return for a full refund!

Not Best Quailty, Cute design
The first one we ordered for Christmas came in with missing parts & broken pieces, exchanged for new one. 2nd one is a month old & a full battery charge only last about 3 minutes . Maybe a new battery will help? Too late to return (30 day window) hope to update review when contact company

Do not buy!!!
Never worked right out of the box. To return it would cost me $160 on top of what I’ve already spent for a broken item. Am waiting to hear if they will cover the cost of shipping it back to them. Wow...have never run into this before when ordering through my Amazon. Buyer beware of this company that sells under Amazon.
