These work great for my paperback books and fit most of them easily. Only the thicker books won’t fit. I’d highly recommend them!

These were slightly too small for my Jim Butcher - Dresden Files paperback books. About 400 and something pages. There's no adhesive on the flaps at all. You'll have to use tape to seal it. I did like the thickness of it, not too thin. You get a lot, for your money.

Perfect sizing for many different books; used for a stack of old paperbacks of different sizes.

I did not read the reviews closely enough - the major problem with these bags is that they seem to be for thin mass market paperback books, and not for the larger sized paperbacks of different dimensions. I bought these to preserve my old Point Horror, Fear Street, and Goosebumps books - they do not fit some of the Point Horror books, and none of the Goosebumps books. The Fear Streets fit in them ok. Also, these bags are not meant for thicker books. For example, my Richie Tankersley Cusick books fit at 200-ish pages, but my Dean Koontz "Watchers" book does not fit at 600 pages. And the bag seams aren't very strong, they easily ripped as I tried to fit a book in. Also, as others mentioned, there is no seal strip on the top flap, so you have to tape it, which isn't the best if you plan on opening the bag again, as it stretches the plastic bag. Overall disappointed in these, and I missed the return window so now I am stuck with them. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want something a little more quality.

(INSERT ANY MEME HERE) Okay, specifically I bought these for all my English manga books. In my mind, the brilliant math genius that I am, thought this, these sleeves are 5" and my books are 5", simple math, right? Except there's a z-axis I did not account for (gasp). The sleeves are indeed 5", when laying flat (what a troll). Logically speaking (stay with here). you have to pull the flaps open to slide in your book (giggity), that mighty, unapologetic 5" is now about a noticeably smaller 4.8". Talk about an embarrassing night! No manga's fit. It is unbelievably saddening. All the Dark horse, Viz, etc, their pretty much the same size nowadays, do not fit. I'd have an easier time making baskets are the local fair (oh, how little distance my $15 goes there). I'll have to find some other use for this, maybe for CD's (I have 8 CD's becuase its 2017) and small paperbacks (I have less than 8). Alright, 12 bags down, 88 to go. Maybe I'll use it as tiny trash bags. That'll for sure force me to decrease my carbon footprint lol. C'mon, that was pretty funny. That was AT LEAST Fuller House funny, right? All yolks aside (eeeverywhere you look, everywhere~), be wary if you're buying this for English manga. Perhaps Japanese language manga would work, but probably thinner novels only. Sub par to decent product overall. It's seems a little too thin, which may be prone to rips/tears but only time will tell. The seams rip apart with minimal effort (I'm talking like, literary and baby dozing off to sleep and they're pulling the blanket up, type of strength). Seems to be a result of cheap glue or the gluing process (I'm assuming here, since its been 6 years since I've worked at the Gluing company, as the assistant to the assistant regional manager, and I'll tell ya first, that industry waits for no one, pal). No adhesive backing, requiring you to use tape (I just don't have tape around, they're like AAAA batteries to me). It is a cheaply priced product so don't expect mylite's-quality sleeves. You get 100 for about 6 bucks, that's 6 cents a each (MATH!!) and I wouldn't mind paying 4 cents for each :)))))))) tee-he... Wichard out!~ (its pronounced Richard, stop it, you sound ridiculous)

Excellent quality for vintage paperbacks, easy to fold over and tape adheres well to. Buy now if in stock as they go quickly. Getting harder to find

Compré estas bolsas para proteger mis libros, y son de buena calidad en material, aunque recomendaría que tuvieran pegamento ligero en la orilla. Y solo me sirvieron para libros muy muy pequeños, creo tendré que buscar o comprar de medidas más grandes. Si encuentro la medida grande serían excelentes porque la calidad es buena.

Just what I needed thanks

Product is ok at best. I had to really struggle to get a SMALL paperback into one of these bags, so I will need to source another company/product for the majority of my paperbacks. Also, description notes a 2" flap which is correct, but there is no seal/strip on this flap - I had to tape them closed with transparent tape. So disappointing as the material of these bags is excellent.
