Will these work on delta 40-530?

If your saw uses 5" plain end blades then yes these should work for you. You may need to check your user manual if you are unsure of the type of blades you need for your saw. Please let us know if you have further questions.

What is the tip-to-tip length of the blades? My scroll saw will take both pinned and non-pinned but the "pinned" blades are 5-3/8" total length.

All the Flying Dutchman blades are 5" plain end blades. I measured a sample of Scroll Reverse and it was just over 5" at 5 1/8".
