Devotions for the God Guy: A 365-Day Journey

I'm 25 years old, and this has probably been one of the best devotionals I've ever used. Almost every day seems to cover some sort of issue that I've dealt with in the past or am dealing with in the present. I'm about 33 days in and am already sad thinking about what will happen in about a year when I'm done with it. Maybe I'll go through it again.The author is also very blunt about a lot of issues, such as complaining, obedience to God, having idols in our life, and more. There's a lot of real talk that all guys/men need to hear.If you are considering getting this....STOP THINKING AND GET IT! You won't regret it. I promise.

This devotion book is probably perfect for older teens and young adult men. I purchased it for my 13 year old son, and I wouldn't recommend it for that age. From the pages I read in the book, it seems to be focused towards teen boys who may have a bit more angst and frustration with their lives and the world around them than the average young teen.

I purchased this for my son and its everything I hoped for. The quality of this devotional is very nice. Its all around a amazing devotional. My son is a young adult and has added this to his morning Bible reading and enjoying it very much

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He wakes up early just to read his devotion and spend time with the Lord, I know this was intended for a young man but my husband is 60 and it gives him something to think about every day. It is written so you can apply it to your daily life.

Excellent collection of devotionals that are relevant and insightful. We bought a copy for every one of our youth group members and have had numerous comments that they were 'getting something out of it'.

I chose this book because I knew it would appeal to my 16 year old nephew and it did! It's serious and down to earth and the author expects the reader is think and get serious about his relationship with the Lord.

I felt this daily devotional spoke to me with relevance and meaning to my life. The words of the author rang true, and helped me directly with things I was dealing with. I would highly recommend this item.

I'm so thrilled to have purchase this!It was a Christmas present for my fiancé who is still quite young in the Lord.He loves it! The writing style (he used to hate reading), the format, the look of it and the content. It's perfect.Moreover having look through the pages myself, I love knowing that he reads this. It speaks to him like a respectful young brother would speak to him in confidence. Simple.Would recommend to anyone, regardless of age!.
