Would this be a proper substitute for dermagran -b?

Strictly as my opinion I have read the difference between the two and don't see any. I would probably use it without hesitation myself. Not knowing the severity of the injury you want to use it on I use the dh-o3 on all my cuts scapes burns etc.  They heal fast. I'm sold.

Hydrogel for painless removal of tape like bandades or duct tape?

Hydrogel is mainly for wound moistening. It may help with bandage removal, but it is not an adhesive remover if that is what you are looking for.
