No Plug Top and Mounting Hooks in Box
Very upset with the product. Not as a product but as a package. Just installed the product and hence difficult to judge the product itself but the package I can of course make comments on.There was no wall mounting hooks/bolts and there was no Plug Top where as a 16amp Plug Top is required for Electrical Supply. I had to buy things additionally and had to install it.

A Nightmarish Experince
My experience with it is very bad , it is not working at all since I bought it ie 2 months,I had to face the harsh winter and my furious wife both this season due to it. oof
