I purchased last 27-09-23 and received after one week. From day one the device sensor head not working properly, I called mantra help care they are advised me problem in your USB port and OS. So I newly installed windows 10 OS and all other mantra driver support. After that also this device sensor not working. Again I called the mantra help care, this time they advised me your device sensor head damage so please book the RMA and for service in your courier despatch cost. Why I have to pay for transport charges, and main this is with in one month product and received DOA case product without final QC done.

MANTRA MFS 100 is a mandatory optical fingerprint sensor for biometric verification. I received it today and used successfully at residence to generate Jeevan Pramaan (life certificate). Govt. and PSU pensioners are advised to submit this certificate thru bank. I used UMANG application to attend the job. The scanner worked perfectly. Value is also reasonable. The scanner is supplied with a usb to micro USB converter. If your mobile is having a usb c port, you have to use usb to usb c converter. Hence I used the Dyaso make adapter, which is purchased separately thru Amazon India. This sensor is essential to a senior citizen not interested to visit Bank or any other agency and want to do so directly at home. Highly recommended.

This machine is not working for AEPS and this model was not working and I want replacement this machine because this machine is not any use for me so I am requesting that kindly replacement this machine i highly obliged to you if this works properly so I can't request to you

Used the "Mantra MFS100 Biometric Fingerprint Scanner" with a Windows 10 desktop to generate and upload digital life certificate for jeevanpramaan.gov.in for pensioneer. Instructions need to be followed available both at jeevan praman web site and device manufacturer's web site. However, the instructions are easy to follow, and completed without any glitches. The device and its services worked, and life certificate was accepted at jeevanpramaan.gov.in. The bank for some unknown reason rejected the certificate at jeevanpramaan.gov.in, and we had to visit bank physically, however, I don't think that is any fault of this device since it did what it was supposed to. The device did not come in a sealed box. Not sure if that is how manufacturer is shipping it. But it did look new and all that, so finally I wont take off any stars from my rating.

Currently, its new updated version L1 device are arrived, So now this model is completely Useless. My regret on that Just a waste of my money. I was only able to use it for less than a year!😭💔🥹
