I really like this tartar sauce. It's the first time I've tried it. My wife likes horseradish. This Bookbinder tartar sauce has a touch of it. She does not normally like tartar sauce but she likes this.

Bookbinder’s restaurant in Philadelphia, PA was one of the greatest seafood restaurants. Haven’t been back in 50+ years and now it’s out of business. IF, the tarter sauce is anything like the restaurant was, it will be flying off the shelf

Taste Like Horseradish Masquerading as Tartar Sauce
The horseradish overpowers the other ingredients. Don’t get me wrong I love horseradish in my tartar or cocktail sauce but it is overpowering in this sauce. You will probably have to add Garlic and Onion powder to balance out the overpowering horseradish flavor. Will not purchase again.

Way too sweet. Very runny.
I do not like this at all. It’s a runny consistency and it is way too sweet. I do not like this sweet tartar sauce whatsoever. Bleh
