Q: Will this match the tire on my existing wheelbarrow that has the following information on the tire: 4.80/4.00-8 ?

It didn’t match my 13” existing wheel so now I need to spend $35 to get another wheel the same size.

Q: where can i buy this exact same tire/wheel from this kit?

I called True Temper and ordered it over the phone

Q: What is the overall height of the tire in this kit? Is the tire 13.5" high or 16" high?

The height of the tires are 15"

Q: does kit includes tires?

YES!!! The additional tire for this two tire system is included. You will utilize the existing wheelbarrow tire plus the tire included in this kit to make a two tire wheelbarrow. The tire in this kit matched the existing tire, tread and size, on my TrueTemper wheelbarrow exactly. FYI, tire measurement is 4.80/4.00-8". May I suggest that you change the inner tube of the older tire while you have everything taken apart. Amazon carries a nice 2 tube replacement (using same tire measurement) by Mission Automotive.
