My wife and I both suffer with arthritis and subsequent joint, back and knee pain. I have constant lower backache (facet joint compression) which often flares up into acute pain and stiffness and has be so bad recently that I have been almost paralysed and unable to sit, bend or twist. As a mountain biker of advancing years, I'm finding my joints, especially my knees are struggling a bit these days... so I bought these to try and help with the pain and get me back out there. I've only been taking them for a week as of writing this, but my knee pain seems to have abated somewhat from before I started taking these, certainly enough for me to get on with daily activities without limping about everywhere. Now how much of that is down to the tablets and how much is down to staying off the bike and resting my knees a bit... who knows. But I do seem to have recovered somewhat quicker than normal, so I can only presume they've had some effect. We'll see how things play out once I've got a few big rides under my belt again! Tried for a month no real difference to aches & pains . Probably need a higher dosage but to expensive to do that . Sorry . Take with food you really don't want it repeating on you .

My situation is somewhat odd. I am a relatively young man, in my early 30's. I had no problems with my joints untill the begining of this year when some cell phone towers were erected near my house. It dont work

If you are skeptical or just thinking these won't work, I understand as I was also the same, I have osteoarthritis of the lower lumbar and left hip, right up to my neck ( Spondylitis ) and I am always in pain, I take painkillers which don't really work that long and I also find that I am still stiff until I found these little bad boys!! I could feel the difference after a day or so and now, even more, I'm more flexible and not as stiff, the pain has eased immensely. I highly recommend these, not too pricey I've paid more. Yep can't say enough about this just great stuff that really works!!
