YMDK 96 84 ANSI ISO Keyset OEM Profile Thick PBT Keycap Set for Cherry MX Mechanical Keyboard YMD96 RS96 KBD75 YMD75 FC980M(Godspeed)(Only Keycap)

I bought this keycaps for my Vortex Cypher with split space bar, ANSI layout. Everything fits to perfection. Obviously it is difficult, if not impossible, to find key caps for the split space bar, so the original space caps remain. They feel very similar to the original Vortex keycaps. The only thing is that you can somehow feel the letters printed on the keycaps so I hope they won't wear off; I will come and edit it that happens. Also the F and J keys have a very subtle bump, which added to the fact that you can feel the texture in every single key makes slightly more difficult to locate F and J keys. They do not wobble (or do not wobble more than the Vortex ones), so they feel quite good. This may be obvious, but just in case: I tried to put the numbers of the numpad in the number row instead, just showing the big numbers without the symbols, but numbers 1,2 and 3 as they belong to a different row, have a different profile, so it feels wierd and I gave up the idea. Delivery time was around 10 days, including Eastern holidays. so in a normal week it might be even faster.

Very nice looking and well made kit, everything lines up well and is the same height, however it comes with and ISO return key but I didn't realise until I got it that it doesn't have 7x 1.25u keycaps for the bottom row. Depending on your keyboard layout this may or may not be an issue, it was for me but it still looks really good, I've just put it on another board to my main one. Also note for those in the UK, this ships direct from the far east and I got hit for customs and handling charges (£11.91 extra)

Smudging on the keycaps, poor quality very light. Luckily Amazon helped with the return process.

The colors were good (this is why it gets 2 stars), the keys are super high, material not good, they are not sitting even on the keybaord, to the point the space bar was tilted! Won't fit all keys for 60 or 70% keyboards (The right Shift and ALT won't work) I am honestly disappointed, too much work to return them, but I will sleep on it tonight, I may eventually pack them all back and return them, they were not good at all!

I am giving these Keycaps 4 stars basically because at $27 they start with 10 stars. The ISO Enter key was damaged in my set. Many of the legends are off center and a tad light. With ALL that aside, they are great caps for $27. I used them for a Vortex Cypher and these caps are a tad thicker than the stock Vortex caps. The Page Up and Page down are reversed in profile (for the Cypher), but not so bad that they are not usable. They are correct in profile if used on a 96 or 84 key keyboard, which is what they are designed to fit. This set will NOT fit on a standard 104/108 keyboard. I will buy more sets from this brand is they offer other colors at this price point.

These caps seems well made enough, with a rough texture that provides ample grip without having a sandpaper effect on your fingers. The colors are a fair bit less saturated than the images make them look. Slightly annoying but they're still quite nice. Do note that this set does not come with a long shift or scroll lock cap. This isn't an issue as they'll be going on a 65% for me but if you're looking to put them on a full size board you may be disappointed.

These are my first set of customizable keycaps, so I don't have much reference for comparison. However, these are really great and exceeded my expectations! I bought the Godspeed colorway and the keys look great. I am using the set on my Keychron K2 mech keyboard. Most of the keys I needed are there (only a few on the right side, the Home, Pg Up, Pg Down are out of order), which was such a relief to see! It took about 2 weeks for the order to be delivered to me, which was quicker than the estimated one month. Thanks for an amazing set of keys!

The thickness and sound of the keycaps are nice and decent for the price however idk if its just the ones i got but some are hard to fit onto the switches as they're real tight fit. And i was expecting the keycap to have a smooth surface like most do. However you feel every letter, punctuation ect. It feels cheaply stamped on. But for $20 i guess its not too much of a problem.
