50 seeds

Keeping Fingers Crossed
The packet of seeds recently arrived and we have potted some to see if they will sprout. A local hort. guy looked up their latin name and believes they will do better in acidic soil not the alkaline soil in this area. He also believes the seedlings may get winter sun burn in our zone 4. Hopefully we will get some sprouts and they can adjust OK. It's a bit of an unknown for the time being but time will tell.

Worth a shot
Sadly I didn't have any of these germinate even after sticking them in my refrigerator for 2 months. They were cheap so I wasn't out very much. Worth a shot.

The right stuff
It looks like much more than 50 seeds.Unsure of the fertility of the seeds since some of the containers flooded outside, butmany of them sprouted into wonderful whorls of true cedar needles. If you want a true cedar, this is a good seller to get seed from,it comes from Pakistan, which is within this species native range.
