Is this 800W or 900W?

Dont know but mine works brilliantly i know many cooks chefs and home cooks who have spent much more on fancy water baths. This is superb but i would insist you buy a good vacum sealer. And a large plastic box with a lid to stop evaporation. I also reccomend the hard case to keep it safe and tidy. It cooks superb chicken and meats but also reccomend a sous vide cook book. There are many but we have had excellent results.

Is this 50 or 60 hz ?

50hz, 60hz is for the US. This is 220 volt with UK plug

How many food can be put in the water bath at the same time? Tia!

As much as your water bath can accommodate, and as long as the temps are similar. You can put each bag in a staggered start to ensure all finish together.

Will it automatically switch off when timer reached the time we set up?
