Poor quality, and not like the original.
We had previously purchased THE original Elf On The Shelf a few years ago. We only had one child at the time, and bought the kit with the book, Elf, box etc. Fast Forward to now, we have another baby, and wanted to get a second Elf to add to the fun. I did not want to buy the entire kit again, because I felt we did not need two books. I found this Elf, and was happy I could order just the Elf. HOWEVER, this is not like the original AND was poorly made. There was glue dripping from her hat onto her face, the neck cuff was not even in the back, and this Elf size is notably different.

His skin color is darker than shown in the picture online. Very misleading and is NOT good quality.

The Elf is not from the shelf but he's still nice for the price!
I knew when I ordered this elf that it was not the original. However, the children do not care that he is not the original and are having fun with him.

Not the real thing
These are not actual elf on the shelf elves, like what was written in the title description. They are very similar but are deff a cheaper made version. Luckily many son is 3 and this is our first year shoo he won't know but I know....
