Last Viqua QL-200 UV lamp I purchased glowed for 1 year. Presuming this replacement will last as long. I think they are a bit pricey, but dependable and not too tough to replace in my Pelican Water system.

I haven’t done the math, but for what feels like pennies a day you’ll get peerless UV protection from coliforms & other bacteria found in many water sources (according to the experts. By no means am I providing you any type of scientific data regarding the quality of your drinking water). Installation is simple provided you read all provided instructions prior to opening your system. It functions as advertised & works better than many of the available generics, according to the reviews I’ve read on Amazon.

Both lamps poor quality one came defective/ not broken brand new in box which I only found out as I opened it since the first burned out in less than 6 months. Tried to upload Pic kept getting error.
