I used this on our road trip to Florida from Virginia it attached perfectly to the heating and air conditioning vent and it holds the phone perfectly if you don't hit a bump. I cannot give it a 5-star review though because of a simple design flaw . It has a little ball joint in the back where you can adjust the angle of your phone. Not very strong any little bump the the phone will slump down if you hit a second bump right afterwards there's a good chance that your phone will fall completely out. I loved this product at first - that is until about 2 months, when it stopped working on me! 2 months in, the holder basically stopped being able to hold the weight of my phone up, rendering it completely useless. After 2 months, when I'd put my phone in it, it would just droop and rotate down, so I couldn't actually see the map on the screen... so basically useless. I tried to unattach, and reattach the holder/ball situation, and re-mount, trying different locations that could possibly be supported by a cupholder... but nothing seemed to work. Had to throw out this phone holder. Conclusion - The quality is pretty shoddy, not worth your $10, instead invest that money in something else and buy something sturdier that will last you longer than 2 months.

Acually I had to return this product. It seemed like a good product, however it didn’t hold my iPhone XR Max tightly enough. I was concerned that if I had the phone in the holder, and stopped suddenly, it might fall out. I didn’t want to take a chance. For a different model phone, this would probably do fine. I did have the foot of the holder extended the full length.

I have a 2007 Prius and it doesn’t fit my vent slats.I forgot to return it on time. It looked perfectly sturdy but didn’t fit my car. I won’t leave a bad review about quality but you should tell buyers that it doesn’t fit certain models. Prius.

Great Cellphone Holder needed this for a long time. It everything I wanted. It holds my Samsung s7 just fine. It is adjustable to let out for a much large phone that is 6.1 in size. I plan on purchasing 2 more for family members in my household.

No longer grips the vent blades. Doesn’t grip the phone with its case on. Worked good at first not now.

It fit easily on the vent louvers and stays in place. The button on the rear bottom allows easy attachment and release of phone. Never lets go of phone until you press the release button.

This handy cell phone holder for my car is an easy install without permanent attachment but with that...it does loosen a bit making it necessary to tighten the holder either to the air vent or to keep the phone holder from drooping. It loosens where the holder attaches to the attaching clip. For the most part it is a handy holder for my cell phone.
