Sturdy tool, but it will not cut flush to the nipple head and leaves a razor sharp pointy edge after that needs to be filed down. Dosent cut close either. Leaves about 2mm still sticking out.

I had hoped that it would be able to nip the ends of the spokes off a little closer to the head of the spoke nipple. It leaves a little more than I had hoped due to the fact that the cam action of the cutting head draws the blades slightly back when the handles are squeezed together. Means a little more work with a file, but less than I had with a grinder. The tool is well built, instructions are adequate. All in all I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this tool to others

I was expecting a cleaner cut from something designed to do the job. Still requires quite a bit of finish work once the spoke is cut.

ニップルをナメてしまい、スポークを切断する必要があるため購入しました。少し力を加えれば、簡単に切断できます。女性でも作業できると思います。切断したときの音が大きいので、ちょっとびっくりするかもしれません。耳栓やイヤホンを装着すると安心です。また、破片が飛ぶ可能性があるので、ゴーグル等を装着しての作業をおすすめします。

オークションで購入した中古ホイールでスポークがリム内面より飛び出していたので、急遽購入した。確かに飛び出した部分の一部はカットできる。ということは長めのスポークを購入してカットするには十分な能力はある。しかしである。カット面はさほど美しくはなく、ペンチでカットしたものと変わりなし。10月切り口は尖っており、そのままだと空気を入れたときに、リムテープやチューブに穴をあけてしまうだろう。つまりただ強力な切断力で約２㎜のスポークをカットできるという機能であるだけ。アフター作業としてリューターで丸く端部を仕上げる必要あり。ならば安い強力なリューターのみW購入したほうがいいかもしれない。

頑丈な商品、簡単にカットできる。三角の断面を、ステンレス用ヤスリ（面積広めのダイヤモンドヤスリなど）で平らにして完成。仕上りがよい。

使い勝手が良いです、スポーク番手も12から15までがカットできます、狭いリム内でもカットできます。

とても作りが良いものだと感じましたが素人には合わない物でした。くちばしで食いちぎるような構造ですので、長いものを２分割する様な切り方は出来ません。切り口は綺麗ですが使用頻度が低いのでグラインダーで断面処理しても苦にならないので、安価な硬鋼線カッターを使い捨てする方が素人には良いと思います。
