Love this! I have been taking about a month and I feel like I’m not so bloated and more energetic. I have Hatshimotos so this supplement is highly recommended. And the fact it helps with my immune system is a huge plus. It does something with T4 and T3 which very much helps Hashis! I will continue taking this. Easy to swallow, barely a taste.
