I use this when drawing and in coloring books for highlights. It is completely opaque even on colored pencils. Brush is good. A little challenging to get very fine lines with so I use a detail paint brush to do those.

I am happy with this product. I read the negative comments about it first, but thought I would go ahead and give it a try based on those that were positive. I like the size of the brush tip, which is very fine, exactly what I need for highlighting my artwork since I do art trading cards (3.5 by 2.5 inches). What I didn't like? I can't make a nice long line, the product dries too fast, but I am still managing to get details done. I just have to dip the brush again. I have had a couple of accidents from too much on the brush, you need to make sure you don't have too much or it will glob at the tip and get too much white on the picture. But...I will definitely get this again when I run low on it.

I color adult coloring pages with colored pencils as a hobby. I would order posca white paint pens for highlights and 1 in 5 worked. So I saw this and decided to give it a try. I love it!!!I use it for highlights in tiny spots like glare on the eye or to define light reflection like on the glasses in the picture I added. I have also used it on florals and it’s absolutely amazing. I love it. Once I got the hang of it, even outlining was easy. They brush is like a long O size paint brush.I recommend it all the time when asked. I love it.

Just be careful to scrape the excess off the stem of the brush so that it doesn't drip down an create a blob. A little on the brush goes a long way. Smooth coverage. The brush is very fine so you can fix a tiny detail, or create a small highlight. Excellent product.
