Resistance Pull Up Bands | Exercise Loop Band for Men or Women | Long Resistance Bands for Strength Training, Fitness, Stretching & CrossFit

This is my second band from ATEMI, I first bought the green one last year and recently bought the purple one. I started using these in the gym to assist with my stretching and mobility routines and when I saw the price of them online I bought them for home. I also think the idea that they are small enough to throw in your suitcase and bring with you while on holiday so you can stretch as well. With the purhcase, I also go an ebook for workouts so which is really useful because I want to start using the bands to work out while away or at home. These bands are super strong and tough and of high quailty like the ones in the gym.

I got this resistance band for myself because I wanted to do some exercises at home to lose weight. I’m just a beginner so I chose the red one. I’m happy with it as it is cheap and I can do exercises to strengthen my entire body in the comfort of my own home. The quality of the rubber looks good and sturdy. My husband is using it too as we are both trying to lose weight. Probably I’ll buy him the purple one next time.

Excellent product. Takes up no space at all (rather than some home gym equipment), light weight, yet sturdy and super flexible. They are versatile to use. So many combinations of exercises can be made. With the 'no-going-to-the- gym' for a while with the Covid-19 issue, I bought two bands so that I could keep up my routine at home. I used them yesterday and broke into a sweat as I would in the gym. They are a great way to exercise anywhere. Highly recommended. And they arrived on time the next day after ordering.!

I have been going gym for around 6 months now and noticed that my body has gone more stiff than before. I brought this particular resistance band because of the length which would allow me to carry out certain stretches before my gym routine. I ordered them and got it next day and used it straight away. The quality is great, and seems like it will last for a long time. Further, you got an workout guide which will inform you on various workouts you can perfume with the resistance band.

Weights are always better than resistance bands however resistance bands are more versatile, take up zero space, easily transportable, particular effective for the over 50's men and women, safer regards prevent injuries or working on slightly injured muscles and you are to attack muscles from different angles, so they competent weight training. Anyone old enough who remembers the late 70's, they act quite similar to "Bullworker". Advise you check out Youtube regards resistance boards, handles and the different variations in exercises. Also for some exercises it works better to have 2 of the thinner (red or black) bands.

Cet élastique rouge correspond parfaitement à ce que je recherchais. Mon dessein était de l'utiliser à demeure pour réitérer les exercices faits chez mon kiné. Je cherchais un article similaire à ceux employés en salle d'entraînement. Celui-ci est de bonne qualité, adapté à un entraînement personnalisé. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le livret de 50 exercices offert gratuitement, comportant des exercices qui me sont déjà familiers et d'autres qui élargissent l'éventail des possibilités; le kiné d'ailleurs l'a trouvé très bien fait et m'a donné quelques conseils supplémentaires. Je recommande donc cet élastique vendu à moitié prix par rapport aux magasins de sport.

Ecco la mia esperienza: Pro: Ideale per le trazioni (pull-ups): Ho scelto la banda elastica viola proprio per migliorare nel fare le trazioni. Essendo un po' più resistente rispetto ad altri elastici che avevo provato, è perfetta per aumentare il numero di ripetizioni che posso fare. Mi aiuta a eseguire le trazioni in modo più controllato, riducendo lo sforzo iniziale e permettendomi di progredire più velocemente. Versatilità nell'allenamento: Sebbene io la stia usando principalmente per le trazioni, questa banda elastica è estremamente versatile e può essere utilizzata per allenare tutto il corpo. Ho fatto anche esercizi per gambe, glutei, spalle, petto e core. È perfetta anche per stretching e mobilità. Grazie alla sua resistenza, posso regolare facilmente l'intensità di ogni esercizio.
