Where is the spout/pump that the soap/lotion comes out of? There isn't one in the picture.

This is just the pump assembly. You buy this if your soap dispenser stops working and don't want to buy a whole new unit.

Does it fit in the K-1895-c-cp dispenser?

The top and bottom are universal and can be changed by using the parts from the old pump. The tube is just a pick up tube and can be removed and the old part installed. There is also just the pump without the pickup tube available so you can do that as well and use your previously used parts to supplement

Does this fit the Kohler Malleco faucet?
