The SH90 actually would be the right replacement. But not beeing happy with the original blades I went for the SH98/70. It arrived next day and already assembled. You just have to clip the new top cap with the three heads on the old shaver. The blades fit exactly to the Series 9000.After 2 weeks of shving with the new blades I'm really happy. What a difference. All the well known problems of the Series 9000 shaver are gone.+ Faster shaving (they have now two rings of blades per head. The SH90 has just one ring of blades))+ less skin irritation+ better performance with longer hairs and in difficult places+ no need for the orange tool to disassemble the head. Just use your fingers+/- I wouldn't say that this blades give a closer shave.
