I’ve been using this Yoga Mat for a while, and it’s by far one of the best mats I’ve ever owned. Great yoga mat! My wife and I both have one and we use them for hot yoga / pilates. The quality is great. They are easy to transport, provide great grip, very easy to clean and do not smell. We love the engraved symbols and shapes, which also helps a lot with alignment. Highly recommended!

Initial impression of this yoga mat was that it is a sturdy, durable material. I have used it now for a couple of different styles of yoga classes (mostly restorative and power yoga) and I really do love it. The line design is unique (at least I had never seen it before) and helpful for both beginners or seasoned veterans. The thickness is perfect and provides just the right amount of cushion. All of my practices have been done with the yoga mat on a hardwood floor and my knees are not screaming in pain. The mat is just very aesthetically pleasing too. I know that might sound silly to some, but it is nice to have a mat that is both pretty to look at and is highly functional and of good quality. My only complaint is that during down-dog and power yoga classes the mat can get a bit slippery. It is not enough to deter me from using this mat though and I would still highly recommend it. Most likely, I will just have to purchase a yoga towel to help with this. Overall, this is a high quality mat at a very reasonable price.

I bought this Ewedoos yoga mat to upgrade from the basic GAIAM ones you can get anywhere for $10-15, and I am very happy with it! It is longer than a basic mat, which is nice for a tall girl like me (5’10”), and it is a bit thicker too. The extra thickness was noticeably more comfortable on my bony ankles and back—so that definitely felt like an upgrade too. The general feel of the mat during my practice was warm, comforting, and supportive. It has a slight give, but it is still firm enough for me to feel very stable in all my poses. I personally enjoyed the warmth of the texture, but I can imagine it might not be the right mat for someone who runs hot, and sweats a lot. I did not have any problem with the grip, but I don’t usually. I would say my hands and feet definitely felt more secure on this mat in downward dog and plank poses than my old one. AND, I love the design. I specifically sought one out with a symmetrical design to help align my feet. I would take anything with a center line, but I appreciate the simplicity of the markings on this one especially. As for the color, I love the peaceful and grounding dark blue that I got, but I did notice that you could see dry skin flakes on it after a practice... so, if this would bother you, just go for a light color one!

I love this mat so much! I use it for mat pilates. My old mat was a foam type of material that would stretch out making my hands and feet gradually end up farther away. I read so many reviews to pick a mat, and I love this one. It's very lightweight, so it would be great for travel. The alignment marks are very helpful so that in any position you can use them as a reference for symmetry. Even though it looks thin, it's very padded so my spine never hurts when I do roll downs or anything. It doesn't have any stretch to it so my positions aren't hard to hold. It has no smell which is something a lot of reviews for other mats mention. It's grippy. I'm very happy with it especially for the price. I wish it came in more colors!

I bought this mat back in November because I loved the alignment markers and just needed a new one. Honestly everything was going SO good. I loved the thickness and the size. The straps made it so easy to carry and I was so in love and impressed. However, after a few months of hot yoga, the mat lost it’s shape, the sides curl up after unrolling and it no longer rolls out flat. It is also SUPER slippery during hot yoga or when I get super sweaty. And I’m afraid it just isn’t as durable. I really want to love it but I unfortunately just don’t :( I think this will be a great mat for beginners or those who do yoga sparingly. I would invest in a more higher quality mat if you go 4-5x a week.
