I’ve been using this Yoga Mat for a while, and it’s by far one of the best mats I’ve ever owned. Initial impression of this yoga mat was that it is a sturdy, durable material. I have used it now for a couple of different styles of yoga classes (mostly restorative and power yoga) and I really do love it. The line design is unique (at least I had never seen it before) and helpful for both beginners or seasoned veterans. The thickness is perfect and provides just the right amount of cushion. All of my practices have been done with the yoga mat on a hardwood floor and my knees are not screaming in pain. The mat is just very aesthetically pleasing too. I know that might sound silly to some, but it is nice to have a mat that is both pretty to look at and is highly functional and of good quality. My only complaint is that during down-dog and power yoga classes the mat can get a bit slippery. It is not enough to deter me from using this mat though and I would still highly recommend it. Most likely, I will just have to purchase a yoga towel to help with this. Overall, this is a high quality mat at a very reasonable price.

I bought this Ewedoos yoga mat to upgrade from the basic GAIAM ones you can get anywhere for $10-15, and I am very happy with it! It is longer than a basic mat, which is nice for a tall girl like me (5’10”), and it is a bit thicker too. The extra thickness was noticeably more comfortable on my bony ankles and back—so that definitely felt like an upgrade too. The general feel of the mat during my practice was warm, comforting, and supportive. It has a slight give, but it is still firm enough for me to feel very stable in all my poses. I personally enjoyed the warmth of the texture, but I can imagine it might not be the right mat for someone who runs hot, and sweats a lot. I did not have any problem with the grip, but I don’t usually. I would say my hands and feet definitely felt more secure on this mat in downward dog and plank poses than my old one. AND, I love the design. I specifically sought one out with a symmetrical design to help align my feet. I would take anything with a center line, but I appreciate the simplicity of the markings on this one especially. As for the color, I love the peaceful and grounding dark blue that I got, but I did notice that you could see dry skin flakes on it after a practice... so, if this would bother you, just go for a light color one!

Very good mat for the price. The foam mat is thin, but dense: it’s comfortable to use, but rolls up nice and thin. I find myself really enjoying having the alignment markings. I’ve had no problem with it slipping on any surface. I’ve had this for a month or so and use is several times a week. I use it for outdoor yoga at times, and I wipe it down after, so that grit does not scratch it. I keep it rolled up and out of the way when not in use. I baby it a bit, as I suspect it’s not the most durable mat, but so far, it’s held up well and there are no scuffs or tears to the foam. Very pleased. Update - Ive had this mat for 5 years now, and it has some gouges and dings, but has really held up. I'm inconsistent with yoga and pilates, but use the mat a few times a month on average. Still going strong!

Absolutely love this mat! Lightweight and great quality! Has a nice thickness to it which is good protection and easy to clean! Love that this has marks on it so you can see where you are supposed to be! Have had this for years and zero issues. Good slip resistance as well!

I bought this mat back in November because I loved the alignment markers and just needed a new one. Honestly everything was going SO good. I loved the thickness and the size. The straps made it so easy to carry and I was so in love and impressed. However, after a few months of hot yoga, the mat lost it’s shape, the sides curl up after unrolling and it no longer rolls out flat. It is also SUPER slippery during hot yoga or when I get super sweaty. And I’m afraid it just isn’t as durable. I really want to love it but I unfortunately just don’t :( I think this will be a great mat for beginners or those who do yoga sparingly. I would invest in a more higher quality mat if you go 4-5x a week.

I love this mat, it's thick enough to protect my knees but it doesn't make balancing hard. The non slip surface really works, some mats say they are non slip but when it comes to using them, your hands and feet just can't grip - this one gives you just the right amount of support. The alignment markings are so clear and I found I was using them far more than I expected to. The colour is lovely and it comes with a neat little carry sling too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and really well made mat, it feels and looks as if it will last a long time.

Llevo ya una semana usándola y me parece fantástica; no se desliza, prácticamente no pesa y es muy buena conteniendo los impactos. La volvería a comprar sin ninguna duda!

Colchoneta ligera que se adhiere bien al suelo y no se mueve, pero las manos resbalan un poco, por lo que a la práctica molesta un poco tener que estar pendiente de las manos. Un poco decepcionada por el precio que tiene.
