Costa Del Mar Corbina Sunglasses

Great glasses. For me the standout feature is the fit on my face, and the frames. They don't cause pressure points and still remain snug on my face. Zero light makes its way around the frames, and they don't feel too close to my face so my eyelashes touch the lens. Most importantly, my eyebrows don't constantly smudge the inside/top of the lens, which is my peve about any shades, and reason for immediate exclusion from consideration. They don't move a millimeter when exercising, playing sports, bicycling on road or trails. The only thing that keep these from perfection and only for cycling, is the frame holds perspiration on the bottom inside corners, on only the hottest of days. A frameless bottom version would make them ideal for cycling, but I really can't fault them for that.The lens is excellent. Among the very best. I would give a slight edge to Smith optics blue mirrored glass lens. They're just a smidge darker. However, the Costa frame is superior. I'd also give the glass 555nm Serengeti lens the edge for clarity, and that they're transition lenses that get darker when exposed to the bright conditions, and fade when the sun's intensity decreases.But for being outside all day, doing whatever, these are exceptional, and definitely a good value from $250-$300, in my opinion.My purchase was from a sporting goods store and not Amazon. I did not have the opportunity to try their silver mirror glass lens which is what I really was most interested to purchase.I'd rather give four and a half stars, because they're better than a four star product, just a "shade" away from a five star. Now I realize what all the hype about Costa del Mar is about.I would DEFINITELY purchase another.
