how many adults fit comfortably in this pool

We have about 50 adult tilapia fish (10 inches, two to three pounds) in this pool at the moment. It will hold about 160 or so eventually. Tongue in cheek answer. I tried but just couldn't resist.

Does it use chemicals?

I added the saltwater system to mine. No harsh chemicals just add pool salt as needed then the machine turns the salt into chlorine. The chlorine chemicals can be hard to manage and cost much more. The salt level is undetectable just like a soft water. You'll never know its in there and my kids don't have the irritated red eyes like they had when I used chlorine.

How level should the place be ? I want to put it on backyard its level for the most part but has gradual highs and lows , may be 8" difference.

It has to be level, but it won't hurt if you have a slight slope away from the house. I leveled an area that has a 1/4-1/2 inch slope pointing away from the house. In the event something happens and 1,718 gallons of water come pouring out, it's best that water goes away from the house.

Can you wash the pump filter? and How often do you need to change the filter out and put int new one?

Yes, you can wash the filter. I usually use the flat stream on my hose setting. I do this once a week so I get 3 to 4 weeks out of a filter.
