Regarding the Unisol 4, it is indeed an excellent product that I have used for years to rinse my contact lenses after cleansing, at my opthamalogist's direction. Apparently, even daily contact lenses come with debris on them from the container and it is necessary to clean and rinse them before inserting. Unisol 4 is then the final rinse to rinse all cleansing product off to protect our eyes from the cleanser.The cleanser is designed to dissolve proteins on our lenses, so what does it do to the eye if trapped under the lense on our eyes when our eyes have a high protein content?It is a real lack of integrity for this vendor and the others posted on this site to be charging exhorbitant prices out of their own greed, since they know that Unisol has discontinued producing Unisol 4.We use saline rinse for our health, not pleasure, so to charge the amount this vendor is charging and the other vendors selling on this site for this product that regularly sells for UNDER $10.00 (see Wal-Mart), is immoral.I am going to start boiling distilled water and "can it" in mason jars.If anyone has further suggestions, I am interested.

ALCOn stopped making the product!. Anyone who still has product inventory is now gouging the consumers. Despicable!
