Great vitamins easy to swallow

Worth every penny! As I've gotten older, I realize how important vitamins are and these are very good quality!

I read a bunch of reviews (aka "did my research") and a few different trusted sources mentioned this brand. I am a 40 year old woman and I'm tired all the time. Diet, exercise, blah blah blah... decided to add a good multi vitamin to my routine. I'd say it helps when I'm consistent, but I also take Rhodiola at the same time, so who's to say for sure. One thing that is difficult to tolerate about this vitamin is the smell/taste. I have no trouble swallowing large pills and there isn't a major aftertaste, but the smell is so strong that it lingers on my hands and I need to wash them immediately. Even opening the bottle burps out a strong smell that I really dislike. I suppose it's because the vitamin isn't covered in some junk coating, but it does make it hard to muster up the motivation to take these every day.

This is one of the more complete and effective multivitamins I've found. To those concerned about the smell/taste, unless you are very sensitive to these things I would not worry. I actually like it, it's like a molasses/yeast smell you get in baking.

I went back on these after a long absence . I was deathly ill last year and I’m trying to build Myself back up from the inside out. Been on them for a few weeks and I’ve noticed more energy! When I shower I don’t see clumps of hair anymore! Few strands yes, but the clumps were stressing me out. It does seem like it’s also looking healthier and some shininess. My skin looks better, so we shall see how this continues! One thing I don’t like is the smell of the pill. I swallow it quickly. It does have a slight after taste but goes away when washed down with something. Like I said, I’ve been on this for a few weeks now.
