After about 1.5 months of continuous use (it worked really well!), it started deflating over the night and I would almost be laying on the floor by morning. This morning, I spent a long time spraying it down with soapy water to try to find the leak with no luck. However, thanks to another reviewer's picture, I was able to find the leak in seconds (I've attached a picture).Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to contact customer support other than leaving a review. Maybe I received contact info with the package, but I must have thrown it out assuming I could figure it out on the website. I'm also outside my return window, so if that's how to make contact then that's not an option anymore.Help!

Nice height so it doesn’t make you feel like your sleeping on a hiking pad. The pump is very nice and quick on inflation and deflation. Comfortable for sure. Nice flocked texture so the sheets don’t slip off, and tote bag to store it too.

Purchased this mattress for an extra bed for grandchildren. Easy to inflate and very durable. We put it on the floor for the grandkids. I wouldn't expect an adult to sleep on the floor. For a couple of kids to roll around on and sleep on for a few nights, this is perfect. It does need more air filled in it during the night. You can hear the motor when filling but it's not overly loud. I personally wouldn't use it as a permanent mattress but for a temporary use, it's great.

Everything was good ,but with 3 people on the mattress (2 adults 1 6yr old ) it ended up popping a hole. After we patched the hole up it would still go down at night. It’s not good quality and not durable. would not recommend, it’s a shame it was very comfy. After less than a month it wouldn’t stay inflated for long.

Easy to set up and inflate.Very comfortable to sleep on.I did add a mattress pad and sheets even though the top is flocked due to past experience of feeling chilly with just the mattress and a sheet.Nice size and height for most.Liked the control for inflate/deflate very well marked. I think that is why my last mattress started leaking, couldn’t tell if it was inflating or deflating and I turned the indicator the wrong way :(Seems durable as well but only time will tell.

We used this while our house was being remodeled and we stayed with my parents. It's easy to fill and put back into storage. We did need to air it up again each night and by morning you could the air was gone. Definitely comfortable for 1 person, 2 people will feel the other person move all night. After 2 weeks we were very happy to get back to our own bed, but would recommend for short periods of time ( 1-3 nights tops)

I purchased this air mattress for my son and I have so many little holes in this mattress that he is always on the floor by morning. we've tried everything to fix it and still the same problem. So now were just going to go and buy him a REAL bed because we can't keep spending money like this and he's not able to blow it up and feel comfortable. I'm somewhat disappointed.

Bought in 2018. Didn’t last two years. And, I used it infrequently in a well kept room. Pulled it out, blew it up for a guest and they woke up on the floor!
