Where is this product made?

That I do not know but it was an exact fit for the original product I replaced.

Hey guys my wiper on my 2017 renegade is perfect the back cap came off in wash and is lost - will this work just to replace rear cap cover ?

Yes it will. I own a 2015 Jeep Renegade Sport and ended up replacing the rear wiper completely. If you are looking at just replacing the rear cap only this product will work and you will have a spare wiper for future uses. I love this product and it was cost effective compared to going thru a dealership.

Will this fit my 2018 Jeep Renegade?

It should fit. It works perfect on my 2017 renegade.

What is the torque spec to tighten the rear wiper blade down? I’ve seen between 15-30 ft-lbs.

I don't know the torque spec. I just tightened it until it was tight. I haven't had any problems.
