Why has this arrived broken and not called aunt jemima?!

I can`t answer the question as to why the package was broken. I would report it and ask for a refund. I have bought this recently and it is the same product as the original Aunt Jemima but I think it has been taken over by Pearl Milling Company. I would contact Amazon Customer Services for the answer as I am only guessing.
