I've had this since June 2019, it's now April 2025 and it's become part of the daily routine. Meaning it's basically a necessity now. I have a large dog so I buy 50lb bags of food & this holds a bit more than half the bag. I tuck the bag away after and have this out for my daily routine. It closes and locks tight to keep the food fresh and keeps the bold muzzles out of the cookie-jar. As you can see in the picture the handle latches down to lock shut tight, though there is a fixed handle underneath to securely move the entire without putting tension on the handle/latch. Underneath the inside of the lid there is a measured 1 cup scoop that form fits perfectly and flush under the lid and is securely held there with a magnet (I've never once had it come loose or fall on it's own). The container itself is not heavy though when filled with kibble it is. Even so moving it is not an issue because there are wheels on one side of its base (see picture). So it sits in place securely when flat. And when you want to move it just tilt it by grabbing the fixed handle and it easily rolls. So if you keep it tucked back in a cupboard, no problem, it easliy rolls forward and back even when full. Though won't accidentally move when it's in flat position. I've used this every day for the past 7yrs now and it's just part of the routine. I wouldn't want some Tupperware type plastic container or bag, or anything else. Like I said it's like a body-part now & couldnt do without it!! (A bit extreme though you know what I'm saying). It's very obvious they put some thought into this and it goes well above just a basic container. I love all my SimpleHuman products and this is no exception. Worth every penny. And it has a very sharp look. If you have a large dog then this is a no-brainer.

Absolutely LOVE this dog food container. I am able to put my own dog food bag inside it (as it is suggested not to store dog food outside of its own bag). Great size. Compact enough to fit into narrow places but still able to fit a large bag of food. It comes with a scoop that attaches to the underside of the lid with a magnet for easy accessibility. And it seals closed to keep the food fresh longer. Very durable and easy to move around. Comes on several colors to match your appliances. 1000% recommend. Worth the price & then some!

I’ve had this product for 2 years now and can confidently say it’s exactly what it should be. It’s pricey for what it is, yes, but does its job perfectly. It holds *almost* the whole 35 lb bag of food for my pup and keeps it fresh for the 3 months it takes him to go through it. The seal is great. Scoop is outstanding and of great quality; it magnetically sticks to the bottom of the lid and shows no signs of wear to this day. Some food can get stuck in the rim and where the scoop goes, but I write it off as mostly operator error and it’s easily cleaned. The lid is slightly awkward to open at first, but after a few times using it you’ll easily have the muscle memory down and it’s a non-issue thereafter. It looks good in any home and blends in seamlessly. If you’re looking for a durable, stylish container for your pet’s food, this is the one for you. You won’t regret it.

We have been using these simplehuman pet food containers daily and they have held up exceptionally well. I purchased two, since we mix two different types of dog food for our dogs, who are admittedly a bit high maintenance. Having separate containers keeps everything organized and easy to manage. The airtight seal is excellent and keeps food fresh with no odors escaping. The scoop is outstanding and feels very high quality. It magnetically sticks to the underside of the lid, stays securely in place, and shows no signs of wear even with regular use. The handle clamps shut smoothly and securely, and the container feels solid and stable in everyday handling. I also appreciate that the inner bucket is removable and BPA free, which makes cleaning simple. These containers look neat enough to leave out and function exactly as intended. The best, quality doG food bin/ container... The craftsmanship is outstanding and, not one flaw nor a detail missing. I looked for the perfect container that is eady to use, air tight, has wheels and won't allow food to mold in harsher weather conditions. I have found it and the joy in my soul is tremendous. I'm disabled and I need ease of use products. This container checks off all of my requirements for ease, quality, craftmanship and size (being slim). I cannot praise this and the manufacturer enough. This is so worth the purchase.

We REALLY like this! Keeps the food fresh and I LOVE the magnet scoop inside so it doesn't get dirty or lost in with our cat food. It IS SPENDY but it's is SUPER nice so you'll really like it, it's nice to spend on something that is actually worth it.

Extremely impressed with this! We have a Rottie and wanted something that didn’t look like a typical dog food storage container, and this is perfect. It’s very well made, seals securely, and the lid locks right into place. It also comes with a scoop that has its own designated spot, which is a great little detail. It looks nice enough to leave out while still being very functional. Highly recommend!

Finally an air-tight container that is absolute quality. My beagle’s Rx food only comes in one size, 17 lbs. This is the perfect size for that, and I even have room to store a bag of treats. No worries about freshness or pests. And, the beagle boy doesn’t attempt to get into it. Love the magnetic scoop too. Simplehuman products are practical, and smart looking

Die Futterboxen sehen nicht nur gut aus. Sie riechen hart nicht. Selbst verfressene Hunde interessieren sich nicht dafür. Es passen locker 12,5 kg hinein. Wir haben inzwischen 4 Stück davon.

Buena calidad y acabados. Un poco caro si pero por lo menos el producto está bien acabado. Tiene buen sistema de sellado, dentro tiene una pala para coger mejor el pienso. Entra más de 12 kilos de pienso.
