If you've actually found this item... you've probably looked a lot for a solution... This is it!
We own a small business and my role is office manager. I am a perfectionist, which doesn't always make my job easier. I have been struggling for MONTHS over the setup for our record keeping and information processing systems. There are literally TONS of different ideas and solutions, Literally HUNDREDS if not thousands of folder types and paper storage solutions, cabinets, cases, boxes, holders, and organizing systems out there. I finally settled on a system of my own invention after looking at so many ideas, record keeping systems and organizing tools and supplies. I decided I wanted to use a combination of Binders with folders to store our client information. I decided to use folders with fasteners that have dividers so I can keep all the records associated with a particular client in one folder. Then put the folder in the Binder - our client folders wouldn't be more than 2 inches thick. So my system probably wouldn't work for folders that were more than that. However, I quickly found a problem. There are no folders with 3 hole punches. Excepting for the folders made for binders with pockets in them, typically for school or loose leaf papers. So to store my folders I would need something else as simply putting 3 holes in my folders would run into my documents. I found this item and was hopeful it would work but was concerned it might not be strong enough., or might not fit on the folders, or the adhesive wouldn't stick strong. IT WORKS! and is very strong too. The adhesive is super strong, once it's stuck, it's stuck. The material is like a plastic tape but it's strong enough it won't tear. I also bought a couple of Cardinal Premiere 3 Ring Easy Open Binders and the folders fit perfectly with these adhesive strips attached without sticking out of the edges of the binder. These strips came with the holes already punched. I was going to get another brand which had varied holes to put in 2 ring binders if needed but they didn't offer Amazon Prime so I got these instead. These strips are a good price for the quantity you get and the quality seems to be phenomenal. And I am very pleased with my purchase. I hope they stay around for a long time because i love the system I've been able to create with them. And unless they start making the manila type folders for 3 ring binders :-D i'll keep using them. :-) Thanks C-Line!

Used properly...these can be very helpful and easy to apply!
I found these very helpful when used properly. Others have complained about ease of use but were splitting the strips into two. They also complained of excessive buildup and easy tearing at mounting holes. I set up a guide with painters tape, folded the strips without splitting them apart with backing still in place, used a heavy book on the page to keep it from moving, started by peeling the bottom side of the strip first, stuck the page edge down, then peeled and applied the other half onto top page edge. Use the correct sized full open binder and expect a thicker build up over plain paper edges!

Love these, hard to find anywhere else
I’ve ordered these 2 times now. For some reason, these are the only 3-hole adhesive strips that exist? They are perfect for what I use them for, they stick securely to pages and I have even used 2 separate pages in one adhesive strip and had zero issues. They fit pages true to size, they’re easy to put on, hold up well, and I kinda love using them! Knocked one star off because the price has gone up a lot which sucks but they’re also the only brand I can find. Not sure why these are so hard to find, but I do love them!

Very easy and well made.
I am not easily seated to saying a product exceeded my expectations, well this one did. Easy to put on a page, I suggest to leave pages in binder, open the binder rings, use the binder rings as a guide when you adhere adhesive strip to page, a no brainer. Only two strips were destroyed, my fault but it was so easy. As I take a lot of open book exams and the problem I was having is that the pages were ruined at the ring holes, well this stops it dead, mind you do buy a binder that has the ring that male and female inserts not the serrated teeth when binder ring closes as serrated teeth rings will eventually win, but the male / female rings don't scrape against the strip. I highly recommend this product, very well made and easy to do.

Works great
I used it to organize my recipes, I took my recipes cards and papers and put them in a letter size heat laminate machine , so I have them in a letter size , and put them in a 3 ring binder.

Not quite what you might think
I have used C-Line products before, and I love the strength/tear-resistance of these clear adhesive strips. However, this is the first time I have purchased the ones with the holes pre-punched. If you look at the two photos I provided, you will see that there are actually TWO pieces together, with a partial split down the center. And when you flip it to the paper side, there are a total of four strips of paper on the entire adhesive strip as it comes out of the box. I see a few problems with this... 1) The first issue I would like to point out is the price tag. $25 is A LOT of money for these. Unless you have the money to spend, or your project is THAT important to you, I wouldn’t waste the money. Just my opinion. But this leads to issues #2 & #3… 2) The way these are set up in the box, they provide two ways of using them. This creates a two-point situation: - a) You can break the two strips apart, and just use one side, creating yet another problem. Because you are still left with one paper strip that you will need to leave in place if you don’t want it sticking to everything else, or picking up dust and lint as time goes on. There’s no telling what kind of timeline you have where that paper strip will remain intact. - b) You can remove the two outside paper strips, attach it to your paper, then remove the inner strips and fold over, so as to adhere them both on your paper, alleviating the “sticky” problem. 3) This last problem (2-b) creates an additional problem: FALSE ADVERTISING. This fold-over method really is the most ideal way to use these in my circumstances. But to use the fold-over method, that means you are technically only getting 100 in your box, not 200, as advertised. So the question is: Are 100 of these strips worth $25. That, of course, is entirely up to you. Personally, If I didn’t have an important archival project of papers that are 100 years old, I most definitely wouldn’t have spent the money on them. Just saying.

Strong, durable adhesive allows you to put just about anything in your ring binder.
When I have something I want to put in a binder but it's not practical to punch holes and it doesn't fit in a page protector, these strips are perfect. The thing that I especially like is the adhesive is strong and durable. I've used these strips on smaller catalogs and booklets so they could be inserted in 3-ring binders. I've also used these strips to created my own zip pockets to hold pens, rulers, and other loose office supplies. Because the adhesive is so sticky, it's important to take care when you remove the strip and expose the adhesive. Once the adhesive sticks, it's difficult if not impossible to remove it. Not only does it ruin the strip, you potentially ruin the paper or item it sticks to. I still rate these 5-stars because the strong, durable adhesive is what makes these so useful and versatile.

Expensive but perfect
Used these strips for my portfolio and they are perfect. Stick so well and i love that you can fold them over. The one fault is being super expensive, but I really needed them. I would not cheap out on another product in supplement for this.

Facile d’utilisation
Je me suis servi de ce produit pour relier des fascicules d’une douzaine de pages chacune. Que j’ai ensuite inséré dans des classeurs à anneaux. Le résultat est selon mes attentes.
