Art3d Decorative 3D Wall Panels in Diamond Design, 11.8"x11.8" Matt White (33 Pack)

I’ve had this for a while now and I’m very happy with the results. The functionality is great, and regarding the material, the pieces are very symmetric, which made the installation much easier. I used liquid nails to stick them and they won't move at all. The value for money is excellent compared to other options. One of the best things is the ease of use when it comes to maintenance; it is very easy to wash, and I’ve even thrown water directly on it to clean it without any issues. The durability seems top-notch since it still looks new after some time. It’s a very versatile product that completely changed the look of my space.

This was a week-long project that took several steps to complete. My project involved more than 160 panels. The panels themselves are very sturdy PVC, and the final product is an incredibly unique accent wall that complements my entire living room. Suggestions/info: - Per the manufacture's directions, take the panels out and let them "air out" for 24 hours before installing. When installing (potentially) hundreds of these, you want to make sure they are fully acclimated/adjusted to your environment. I stacked them in alternating patterns, one by one, to provide maximum airflow. (See picture.) - My house is brand spankin' new, so I decided to put thin wood paneling on the wall instead of gluing directly to the drywall. I bought the sheets at Lowe's and had them rip them into 8'x2' panels. I was able to install them by myself, since they were super lightweight. (See pictures.) - To adhere the panels, I used Gorilla Glue Industrial Liquid Nails/Adhesion. I have no doubt the drywall would be absolutely destroyed if I ever tried to remove these panels later. It is important to glue all surfaces along the back - not just the outer edge. Use a thin line - don't let it seep outside the edge, or you'll have a mess on your hands. - I used a laser level to align the panels. It is incredibly important to find a reliable method of applying tiles straight, as every small deviation will result in a major offsets later. I began in the top right corner and worked my way down, one column at a time. I tried using super-thin tile spacers in the beginning (as you can see from one photo), but found that it was harder to keep the panels in place/straight versus just butting them up against each other with the help of a laser level. - Take your time to caulk the seems, and do it the right way. No matter how hard you try, there will be gaps, and they look much, much better when you fill the gaps with caulk properly. Take note of the pictures of the all-white wall before caulking for an example of how bad the gaps look before caulking. - FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR SANITY, PAINT THE PANELS BEFORE YOU INSTALL THEM. I cannot recommend this enough. I made the mistake of putting panels up first, THEN painting. All 160+ panels were paint by hand with latex paint, and as you guessed, you cannot use a roller to paint these panels. Additionally, if you do paint, you will need several coats, since standard latex paint will not adhere completely on the first application. My tiles took three total applications. I have never experienced such cramping in my hand after painting every odd angle of these panels. If I could do it all over again, I would have spray painted the tiles before installation, and touched up the seams after I was done. This would have saved dozens of hours, as painting took, by far, the longest time overall. - Take your time cutting panels. I used a compound miter saw and it worked wonderfully. I read in other reviews that the panels can be cut by hand with a razor blade or scissors, but I imagine this would be extremely difficult if you had to cut a bunch, as I did along the final column/bottom row. - I initially planned to use the "raised" outlet covers to blend them to the panels. But, I found that painting the wall behind the panels makes it look just fine, and there's no need to use a riser. (In fact, the risers I bought were flimsy and difficult to install - I think they would have made the final product look worse, not better). All told, this project took a significant amount of time - probably 80 man hours. But, more than half of that was painting. If you are doing a super basic pattern that doesn't require cuts, backer board, painting, etc., hanging panels could be done considerably faster. Overall, I highly recommend the product!

Although we had to purchase adhesive because it does not come with it but the thickness is great but if you don’t have handy scissors it will be difficult to cut, it has really transformed my living room

I just use finishing nails to tack them down, I didn’t want to glue them, worked pretty well, not perfect but my son likes them

These white 3D wall tiles completely transformed my space with a modern, high-end look. The geometric design adds great texture and depth, and the material is lightweight but feels sturdy once installed. They have no sticky backing. You will need to install them with either glue, staples, or tape. It took about an hour with 2 people to install two accent walls of this tile. I used light-duty Arrow brand metal staples for installation, and they worked perfectly — quick, clean, and secure. I also used a level to make sure they were perfectly squared and lined up. The tiles lined up easily and look seamless once in place. A simple, affordable way to create a stunning feature wall. Highly recommend!

Ho acquistato questi pannelli decorativi 3D della Art3d un po’ per curiosità, un po’ per dare un tocco più moderno a una parete del mio salotto che trovavo un po’ spenta… e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del risultato! I pannelli hanno un design a forma di diamante davvero bello ed elegante, che dà subito un effetto tridimensionale molto scenografico. Una volta montati, trasformano completamente l’ambiente: la parete prende vita e acquisisce profondità e carattere. L’effetto è ancora più bello se si aggiunge una luce d’accento, tipo una striscia LED o un faretto. Il materiale è in plastica rigida (PVC), ma la qualità è molto buona: leggeri ma resistenti. Ogni pannello è ben rifinito e tutti i pezzi erano in perfette condizioni, nessun graffio o danno. La superficie è liscia e facile da pulire, il che è un bel vantaggio. Per quanto riguarda l’installazione, non sono un professionista ma me la cavo con il fai-da-te. Ho usato del nastro biadesivo forte (non incluso) e in alcuni punti anche un po’ di colla da parete per maggiore sicurezza. Il montaggio è stato abbastanza semplice, basta prendersi un po’ di tempo per allinearli bene tra loro, soprattutto se si vuole ottenere un effetto ordinato e simmetrico. Consiglio di fare una prova a terra prima di attaccarli al muro, giusto per capire la disposizione. Con una confezione da 33 pannelli sono riuscito a coprire una porzione discreta di parete, quindi attenzione alle misure: se volete coprire una zona più ampia, forse vi servirà più di una confezione. In sintesi: Sono molto contento di questo acquisto. I pannelli Art3d sono un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole dare un tocco moderno, elegante e originale a una stanza, senza fare lavori troppo invasivi. Fanno una bellissima figura e chiunque viene a casa li nota e mi chiede dove li ho presi. Consigliatissimi!

Arrived a day early, packed and delivered with care. Panels were fairly easy to cut with large handle scissors (but do it slowly) due to the shape of panel. It took my husband and I roughly 4.5hrs (because of the curved areas we were working with. however, if you are working with a straight wall and depending on side it would taken us less time. The outcome is simply amazing- BUY and transform your home.

Paneles 3D perfectos para dar un toque diferente a una pared. Son ligeros pero no demasiado finos, se sienten de buena calidad. Los puedes pegar con cinta de doble cara o con silicona u otro producto apto para pegar plásticos. En mi caso los uso como fondo para videos junto con dos luces led para generar contraste.
