They are without a doubt made in China. They're trying to imply that the products are made in the USA by using false advertising, beware.

According to Rhino USA, all of their load ratings use a safety factor of 3. Since the Break Strength of their Shackle Hitch is 41,850, dividing that by three would yield a Working Load of 13,950. Or, if you use the older Break Strength of 31,418 it would have a Working Load of 10,473.

Q: Does it come with a pin?

"Does it come with a pin?" is somewhat ambiguous. There are two pins required for operation, so to which pin are you referring? -The pin to connect the D-ring shackle to the square tubing? Yes, it is supplied. -The pin to keep the square tubing from sliding out of your receiver hitch? No, but it should be the same size as what came with your receiver hitch.
