Can you recommend pigment for woodworking?

I haven’t tried any pigments but I do use saw dust mixed in with it occasionally

About how many square ft. (plywood) would this product cover?

I can't tell you about plywood because I used it on red cedar and cherry wood. I covered 120 Sq. feet over fiberglass over cedar which is very absorbent. I used one can and got three coats of coverage. You should get more because plywood isn't as absorbent. Great product, has long shelf life! Hope this helps Good Luck. Capt. George

How thick is the solution just after it has been mixed? Is it similar to thick syrup or runny like water?

The mixed epoxy is syrup like. It Wil tend to sag & or run on a vertical surface if applied to thickly. I tried brushing, rolling and spraying for the final few layers of exoxy

can you use this for molds, crafts?

You can but it’s not crystal clear. It builds up in my mixing cup over time and has a yellow color to it when thick like that.
